Yes. Zoho Books is an FTA-approved accounting software for the UAE. It supports VAT201 filing, tax invoices in the FTA-required format, credit notes, VAT refunds, and audit-ready reports. We configure all VAT codes — standard rated (5%), zero-rated, out-of-scope, and exempt — as part of the setup.
Does Zoho Payroll support WPS compliance in the UAE?
Yes. Zoho Payroll generates WPS-compatible SIF (Salary Information File) for MOHRE submission. We configure salary components, overtime, gratuity accrual per UAE Labour Law Article 132, annual leave encashment, and EOSB. Supports both mainland and Free Zone company structures.
Can Zoho CRM support Arabic-speaking sales teams?
Yes. Zoho CRM can be configured with RTL layout for Arabic-language use. We set up bilingual field labels (English/Arabic), Arabic email and WhatsApp templates, and Arabic deal stage names. The CRM dashboard and reports can also be set to display in Arabic.
