02Are you an official Zoho partner?

Yes. Zovett is a Zoho Authorised Partner. This means we are officially certified by Zoho, have access to Zoho's partner support channels, and are listed on the Zoho partner directory. You get a verified implementation, not a freelancer or a generalist agency.

04Do you work with small businesses or only large enterprises?

We work with both. Most of our clients are Indian SMBs with 10 to 500 employees. Our implementations are scoped and priced to the actual needs of each business — not one-size-fits-all enterprise packages.

05How long does a typical Zoho implementation take?
Implementation

It depends on scope. A focused Zoho CRM or Books implementation typically takes 3 to 6 weeks. A full Zoho One rollout across multiple apps takes 8 to 16 weeks. We always define a timeline before starting and stick to it.

06What does your implementation process look like?
Implementation

Every project follows five stages: Discovery (understanding your process), Blueprint (documenting the architecture), Build (configuring in a sandbox), UAT (your team tests and we refine), and Go-Live (migration, launch, and training). Nothing goes live without your sign-off.

07Can you migrate our data from Salesforce, HubSpot, or Tally?
Implementation

Yes. We have migrated from Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Tally ERP 9, Tally Prime, QuickBooks, Busy, Excel, and several other platforms. We run a full test migration before the production cutover so you can validate data accuracy first.

08Do you provide training after the implementation?
Implementation

Yes. Every implementation includes role-based live training sessions for your team — sales reps, finance staff, HR, and managers get sessions tailored to their day-to-day workflows. We also provide recorded guides for onboarding new joiners.

09What is the difference between Zoho CRM and Zoho One?
Zoho Products

Zoho CRM is a standalone sales CRM. Zoho One is an all-in-one suite of 40+ apps covering CRM, accounting, HR, projects, support, analytics, and more — all under one licence. If you need more than just CRM, Zoho One is typically more cost-effective.

10Is Zoho Books compliant with Indian GST regulations?

Yes. Zoho Books is fully GST-ready with support for CGST, SGST, IGST, e-invoicing, GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, and TDS. We configure all statutory components during setup so you are compliant from day one.

11What can be built with Zoho Creator?
Zoho Products

Virtually any custom business app — field service management, inspection checklists, approval workflows, inventory trackers, HR portals, customer portals, delivery tracking, and much more. Creator apps are automatically available as iOS and Android mobile apps.

12Does Zoho integrate with WhatsApp, Tally, and Razorpay?

Yes. Zoho CRM, Books, and Desk integrate with WhatsApp Business, Tally, Razorpay, Shopify, Amazon, Flipkart, Google Workspace, IndiaMART, and 50+ other tools. We configure and test all integrations as part of the implementation.

13How much does a Zoho implementation cost?

14What support do you provide after go-live?
